Job summary

LeoForce in Washington, DC is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our environmental and regulatory team. You will handle sophisticated matters for clients nationwide, including energy infrastructure and pipeline litigation, with a focus on quality advocacy and writing.

Candidates from private practice or government service are welcome; DC Bar admission or eligibility to waive in DC is required. We offer a competitive salary, bonus plan, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Substantive litigation experience required.
• Interest in environmental/regulatory litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy.
• Clerkship experience preferred.
• Admitted in DC or eligible to waive into the DC Bar.

Responsibilities

• Support a dynamic team focused on environmental and regulatory litigation.
• Take on sophisticated, nationwide matters including energy infrastructure and pipeline litigation.
• Collaborate with trial lawyers and regulatory counsel to develop case strategies.
• Advise clients with clear, persuasive written and oral advocacy.
