Job summary

LeoForce in San Francisco seeks an associate attorney with 2–6 years of environmental, consumer protection, or complex commercial litigation experience and admission to the California Bar. You will defend Proposition 65 matters and related enforcement actions, handle various regulatory claims, and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.

The role emphasizes litigation and regulatory counseling, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 from home) and a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in environmental, consumer protection, or complex commercial litigation
• Admission to the California Bar (required)
• Experience with Proposition 65 litigation strongly preferred
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in Proposition 65 matters and related enforcement actions
• Handle claims involving the California Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, and False Advertising laws
• Participate in litigation concerning property contamination and environmental compliance
• Defend citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act
• Research and advise clients on environmental regulations and consumer product compliance requirements
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups
