Job summary

Jobot seeks a Litigation Associate to join our Washington, DC office and support a team focused on environmental and regulatory litigation. You will handle sophisticated matters for nationwide clients from day one.

We welcome candidates from private practice or government service, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and a drive to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. DC Bar admission or waiver preferred.

Qualifications

• Substantive litigation experience is required.
• Interest in environmental and regulatory litigation in the private sector.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• Admitted in Washington, DC, or eligible to waive into the DC Bar.

Responsibilities

• Join our Washington, DC office to support a dynamic team focused on environmental and regulatory litigation.
• Handle sophisticated matters for clients nationwide, including energy infrastructure and pipeline litigation.
• Collaborate with a collaborative, cross-functional group of attorneys and staff.
• Help grow the environmental/regulatory litigation practice from day one.
