Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our remote-capable team in the plaintiff employment practice. The role focuses on high-stakes product liability and consumer litigation matters with senior-level responsibility.

You will conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court hearings and depositions while negotiating settlements and managing caseloads with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 3+ years of experience in product liability and consumer litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including product liability and consumer litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings and depositions on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements and plea bargains with opposing counsel.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on their cases.
• Manage a caseload of litigation cases and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the law and legal industry trends.
