Qualifications

• 2–4 years of energy regulatory or civil litigation experience preferred.

• Virginia bar membership or eligibility to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Represent major utility clients in administrative litigation proceedings.
• Engage in rate cases, resource planning, and regulatory compliance work.
• Assist with energy regulatory aspects of transactions involving utility assets.
• Participate in appellate matters arising from commission outcomes.
