Job summary

LeoForce, a premier international law firm, is seeking a 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate in Washington, DC. The candidate will manage all phases of complex litigation, including research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, within a high-stakes practice.

The role offers exposure to emerging technologies, corporate governance matters, and broad trial work, with a collaborative team and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
• 4th–5th year Litigation Associate with experience handling complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, and trial preparation.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Advise and collaborate with senior attorneys while taking ownership of matters.
• Represent both plaintiff and defense-side clients is a plus.
