Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to join the Operations team, driving the installation and commissioning of projects in the mobile energy power sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from proposal through client onboarding, ensuring precise planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of building scalable processes and guiding teams through change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• PM certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of related project management experience.
• Experience in mobile energy power or energy industry required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage uncertainty in a dynamic environment.
• Reports to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and client onboarding.
• Serve as primary liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and plans.
• Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines using appropriate project management tools.
• Communicate project schedules and any changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings to align teams on methods, goals, and progress, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
• Monitor task completion status, identify at-risk tasks, and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.
• Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to projects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
• Process purchase order requests and follow up on their status as needed.
• Contribute to building a repeatable and scalable project management playbook for the organization.
• Perform other related tasks as required to support project and team objectives.
