Job summary

NRG Systems in Vermont is seeking a technical project manager to lead renewable energy projects from initiation through installation. You will create RFI documents, set schedules, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and installers to ensure on-time delivery.

You'll manage project details in Salesforce, TaskRay, Trello, and Confluence, review engineering deliverables, and provide clients with regular progress updates. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of technical project management experience.
• Proficiency with SalesForce, TaskRay, Trello, and Confluence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects by creating opportunities in Salesforce and planning schedules in TaskRay.
• Maintain and share project updates in Confluence and TaskRay.
• Coordinate installers and manage installation activities with clients.
• Review drawings, calibrations, and deliverables for client fit.
• Provide daily updates and support to clients throughout milestones.
