Job summary

Stantec, a global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting, seeks a Sr. Project Manager or Project Technical Lead for Power Sector projects.

You will review and seal designs, plan deliverables, and coordinate multi‑discipline teams to deliver on time and within budget, while providing technical leadership across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional Licensure (P.E.) in NC, SC, VA, WV or MD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Sr. Project Manager or Project Technical Lead for Power Sector projects, reviewing and sealing designs.
• Plan and manage production of deliverables to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership for projects in Virginia and the Mid‑Atlantic region.
• Mentor junior engineers in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and report writing.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams; coordinate across disciplines.
