Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental science or public health from an accredited college or university.
• For Assignment Level II and above, a doctorate or a master's with relevant experience is required.
• At least two years of supervisory, administrative or research experience may be required for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Track and report progress on a portfolio of DCAS ExCEL and ACE-funded energy projects.
• Identify potential projects and develop applications to secure external funding.
• Assist project managers by developing project plans and monitoring milestones.
• Provide analytical support, including data analysis and tool creation; research energy best practices.
• Support procurement and documentation for projects funded through DCAS programs.
• Assist senior staff in project management duties, ensuring timelines and quality deliverables.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
