Job summary

New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Energy Management seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a team delivering energy efficiency, clean energy, and electrification projects across NYC agencies. You will guide agency planning, monitor emissions reductions, and ensure project quality and timely delivery.

The role centers on managing a portfolio of energy initiatives, coordinating with multiple city agencies, and advancing city-wide energy targets within the DEM

Qualifications

Experience in project management within public administration or capital project development.
Knowledge of energy savings calculations and emissions calculations.
Supervisory experience in a matrix project team is preferred.
Licensure in New York may be required for certain assignments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate portfolio-level planning with DEM and agency staff to sequence energy projects.
Evaluate agency progress toward LL97 targets and adjust sector strategy as needed.
Lead QA/QC efforts across internal teams and manage data for energy projects.
Supervise project managers and analysts within the team.
