Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 5–10+ years' experience working in the energy field or on energy-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy project development and client engagement.
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and mentor team of subject matter experts.
• Drive strategic planning, sales growth, and energy market opportunities.
• Coordinate with practices, markets, and leadership to maximize efficiency.
