Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and business leadership for Woolpert's Energy Practice.
• Drive vision, growth, profitability, and market position of the practice.
• Oversee practice operations, business development, and high-performing teams.
• Lead with executive-level client relationships and growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance against revenue, backlog, utilization, and EBITDA targets.
