Job summary

Pinyon Environmental is seeking a Market Manager / Project Manager to grow the energy/transmission portfolio. You will lead market strategy, win work, and oversee technical delivery to maintain our reputation and repeat business.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project management, reporting to senior leadership and engaging with utilities, engineering firms, and clients to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager, strategic thinker, and implementor.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a strong project manager with technical expertise in energy/related environmental work.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in an environmental discipline such as water resources engineering, environmental science, biology or geomorphology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic market plan for the energy/transmission space with a 3-year vision and quarterly objectives.
• Develop revenue projections and track progress against the strategic plan metrics.
• Build relationships with utilities, engineering firms, contractors, and partners in the energy market.
• Lead or participate in proposals and write/review materials for pursuits.
• Manage projects and deliver technical tasks while ensuring strong client experience.
