Job summary

LUMA Energy seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer energy programs in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely results and regulatory alignment.

You will monitor performance, drive process improvements, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate with stakeholders to advance organizational and energy policy objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, economics, engineering, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• 5 years' experience in a similar functional role managing projects, with at least 3 years in a Project Coordinator role and 2 years energy industry or utility experience with relevant programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads the coordination, implementation, and daily execution of customer energy programs to ensure compliant delivery.
• Manages resources and stakeholder expectations, coordinating across internal departments.
• Monitors and analyzes program performance metrics to inform long-term planning and strategy.
