Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and synthesizing complex regulatory and financial information.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute with at least 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years in an Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Drafts regulatory filings, communications, deposition papers, and information requests by conducting initial analysis and aligning with prior submissions.
• Manages internal reporting by gathering departmental input, maintaining a reporting schedule, and communicating deadlines to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
• Analyzes legal and regulatory developments to assess potential business impacts and provide guidance on emerging risks and compliance strategies.
• Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provides analytical insights to support cross-functional collaboration, strategic initiatives, operational planning, and reporting.
• Communicates regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and maintain accountability for timely completion and deliverables.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
• Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
