Job summary

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) seeks a Senior Program Manager, Agency Planning and Implementation within Energy Management to lead energy efficiency and electrification projects citywide. You will coordinate with DEM and agency staff to plan, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives that meet LL97 targets and improve project delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or related field required.
• Two years energy efficiency/apprentice experience or four years energy conservation experience.
• Education/experience equivalent to above accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio-level planning with DEM/agency staff to sequence energy projects.
• Evaluate agencies' energy and emission reductions towards LL97 targets.
• Lead quality control across teams and manage data for project delivery.
• Supervise project managers and analysts within the team.
