Qualifications

• Background in engineering, technology or science; preferred
• Experience in lighting, HVAC, and installed technologies; preferred
• Technical experience in energy savings calculations for paybacks/incentives; preferred
• 4+ years of management or 2+ years in energy efficiency programs

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes: interviewing, planning and evaluations.
• Provide client communications and reporting.
• Oversee program operations to meet client requirements.
• Support partner and client contract management.
• Develop strong client relationships with program teams and senior leadership.
• Foster community engagement with colleges, utilities, and associations.
• Lead and support company-wide safety efforts.
• Coordinate work between centralized functions and program staff.
• Lead trainings and development initiatives.
• Identify and develop talents within the team.
• Deliver client presentations; respond to questions confidently.
• Ensure delivery of program goals per the Statement of Work.
• Develop and manage production plans for programs.
• Monitor budgets to maximize funds while achieving energy goals.
• Prepare monthly invoices and activity reports by due dates.
• Manage multiple or joint utility programs.
• Report on program performance and financial metrics; advise clients.
• Apply financial and program-strategy expertise; support business development.
• Recognize issues early and take corrective steps.
