Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions to lead and deliver complex energy programs across Midwest energy initiatives.

This role is based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN with a hybrid work schedule and close collaboration with the leadership team. Responsibilities include ensuring program alignment with business objectives, managing risks, and delivering on time and within budget while driving customer satisfaction and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management in energy/building automation.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer programs with ESPC/EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with goals.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
