Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee the successful execution of energy-related customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering value to customers.

You will report to the leadership team and work from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure program quality, timely delivery, and strong customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals.
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
