Honeywell is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee energy-related customer programs. The role is hybrid with base locations in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN and reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management in energy/building automation.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex programs.
• Strategic thinking to align programs with business goals.
• Experience with ESPC or EPC delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
