Honeywell is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee energy programs across the Midwest. You will report to the leadership team and operate on a hybrid basis from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within energy or building automation sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with business goals.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, including risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
