Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management in energy/building automation.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with goals.
• Understanding of program management principles, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure success and stakeholder satisfaction.
