• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
