Job summary

Evergreen Energy Partners is a fully remote energy efficiency firm seeking a Community Resource Manager to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, agencies, and funding sources. The role focuses on connecting customers with energy assistance programs, maintaining a comprehensive resources database, and guiding partners through eligibility and referrals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with Community Action Agencies, nonprofits, or similar organizations.
• Experience with energy efficiency, weatherization, or housing programs is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of community organizations serving income-eligible households is highly desirable.
• Experience interpreting program eligibility requirements and connecting households with services.
• Existing relationships with community-based or energy organizations are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies, 211, seniors, municipalities, housing orgs, nonprofits, and other partners.
• Identify and develop intake/referral partnerships to connect customers with program services.
• Explain program eligibility and referral processes to partners and customers.
• Create and deliver partner communications, training, and reference materials.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to strengthen relationships and adapt to program changes.
• Research funding programs and maintain a comprehensive database of sources and requirements.
• Identify supplemental funding for projects outside program scope.
• Coordinate with external organizations to resolve complex customer situations.
