Ecolibrium3 in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated member for the Energy Training Corps to support the Energy Program intake, client processing, and scheduling for eligible households. You will assist in outreach, tabling, and recruitment to ensure participation in Energy Program services.

The position emphasizes case management, education, and ongoing client support, with on-site service in Duluth from April to October.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client intake and case management.
• Ability to explain home energy reports and upgrade options to households.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing paperwork.
• Strong writing and editing skills for pamphlets and documentation.
• Familiarity with social service programs and resources.

Responsibilities

• Energy Program Intake: assist in household intake via phone, email, visits, tabling, and outreach.
• Client Processing: assist in processing income verification, liability documents, and educational pamphlets.
• Scheduling: arrange home energy assessments and upgrade appointments; prepare documents for staff.
• Case Management: develop multi-step energy upgrade plans and support clients through upgrades.
