• Recruit Food Corps candidates via canvassing, portal, phone, email, tabling events.

Ecolibrium3 is a community-based organization in Duluth, MN. Our Food Corps aims to tackle food insecurity for our community. Example activities for members could include farming at the Eco3 Urban Farm, supporting community programming at the LNPK Grocery Store, performing invasive species management in community green spaces, recruiting summer members, providing member supervision, and more.

Member Duties

• Member Supervision: Assist in supervising Crew Members throughout their service.
• Farming Duties: Help cultivate healthy foods and plants for green infrastructure at the Eco3 Urban Farm.
• Other related duties to ensure increased food access for the community.
• Volunteer Management: Assist in the recruitment and management of volunteers visiting the Eco3 Urban Farm.
• Community Education: Educate community members about healthy foods, plant cultivation practices, and related food access topics.
• Assist in hosting community workshops during the summer season.
• Community Engagement and Outreach: Represent the Eco3 Urban Farm at various spaces and events to gather community feedback and deliver program information.
• Natural Resources Management: Invasive species removal and ecological restoration activities.
• Member Recruitment: Recruit Food Corps candidates for service through various channels, including community canvassing, recruitment portal, phone, email, tabling events, etc.
