Job summary

Exelon is seeking an Analyst to support the design, testing and ongoing performance of daily operational processes for retail energy programs. You will work with RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll customers in retail tariffs and analyze billing data.

The role emphasizes data analysis, regulatory support and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and ensure accurate reporting. A strong quantitative mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline, with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 3–6 years with no degree).
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace, retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and on-going performance of daily operational processes and systems for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs.
• Support GAA activities including addressing GAA inquiries and daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses resulting from market participant inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail customer usage data from market participant data requests and bill market participants for those services.
