Job summary

Exelon is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support design, testing, and documentation of daily operational processes for enrollment, billing analyses, and data delivery across RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs.

The role offers exposure to wholesale energy markets, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Load Forecasting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes and systems for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in programs and tariffs.
• Support GAA activities including addressing GAA inquiries and daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses resulting from market participant inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail customer usage data from market participant data requests and bill market participants for services.
