Job summary

Exelon is seeking an analyst to support the design, testing, and performance of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll customers in retail choice programs and tariffs. You will help analyze billing and usage data and support regulatory reporting.

The role offers exposure to wholesale energy markets, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, and opportunities to improve process efficiency within Energy Acquisition Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 3-6 years without a Bachelor's.
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs.
• Assist with GAA activities including addressing inquiries and daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses from market participant inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail customer usage data and bill market participants for those services.
