Job summary

Delmarva Power & Light Co. is seeking an Analyst to support the design, testing, implementation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs enrolling retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs in PECO's Energy Acquisition operations.

The role also covers GAA activities, retail customer billing analyses, and delivering historical usage data to market participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 3–6 years without degree).
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace, retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication; ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and on-going performance of daily operational processes and systems for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs.
• Support GAA activities including addressing GAA inquiries and daily processes.
• Analyze retail customer billing data and respond to market participant data requests.
• Prepare and deliver historical retail customer usage data and bill market participants for those services.
