Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a skilled analyst to support daily operational processes for retail customers and market participants. The role focuses on enrollment, billing analyses, and data delivery to GAA-related processes across RESs, CSMs, MSPs, and GAAs.

The successful candidate will work with multiple internal teams, handle data requests, and contribute to regulatory and efficiency initiatives within Energy Acquisition Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, implementation, documentation and ongoing performance of daily operational processes and systems for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail programs and tariffs.
• Assist with GAA activities including addressing inquiries; perform daily processes.
• Perform retail customer billing analyses from market participant inquiries.
• Assist with preparing and delivering historical retail customer usage data and billing market participants for those services.
