Job summary

Southland Industries, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead the Energy Divisions Process Improvement program—The Southland Way. You will coordinate a network of Champions across Sales, Development, Operations, Safety, M&V and more to apply best practices consistently.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to reduce cycle times and risk while improving real-time visibility and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in process improvement or operation excellence.
• 2+ years leading cross-function teams across multi-phased projects.
• LEAN Six Sigma or PMP/CBAP certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ESPC lifecycle and M&V principles.
• Experience with IPMVP, DOE/FEMP guidelines considered a plus.
• Proficiency with process mapping and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a network of Process Improvement Champions.
• Optimize end-to-end workflows across functions and handoffs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement events (Kaizen, value stream mapping).
• Evolve process library, tools, and document management standards.
• Identify automation and digital integration opportunities to reduce cycle time.
• Define and report KPIs for cross-functional performance within ESPC.
