Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in energy/utilities/infrastructure consulting.
• Proven success leading large-scale business units and practices.
• Experience growing revenue through strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Energy Practice vision, strategy, and annual plan.
• Own practice revenue, backlog, and profitability objectives.
• Lead strategic client development and executive relationships.
• Oversee operations, risk management, and delivery excellence.
