Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• Energy industry interest and three+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort interacting with lawyers.
• Flexibility to work overtime or travel for events/conferences.

Aufgaben

• Support the Client Development Manager with energy sub-sector portfolio management.
• Prepare pitch materials, RFPs, brochures, thought leadership pieces and website content.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities and event sponsorships; manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely updates across teams.
• Track transactional experience and assist CRM data management and list building.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to identify marketing opportunities and maintain collateral.
• Assist with regular reporting of marketing metrics and budget management.
