A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its nationally recognized Projects Practice, advising on complex energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal business development professional who is either ready to progress from Senior Coordinator to Specialist or is seeking a new challenge at the Specialist level within a top-tier energy and infrastructure team. The role offers exposure to pitches, thought leadership, client development, and strategic growth initiatives, making it an excellent fit for a proactive professional who enjoys partnering with lawyers. As an added bonus, the firm operates highly flexibly, with an in-office policy of around one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of pitches, client presentations, and other client-facing marketing materials
• Partner with lawyers to identify and pursue client development opportunities across the firm's nationally recognized Projects Practice
• Drive thought leadership initiatives, including client alerts, articles, newsletters, blogs, and external communications
• Coordinate industry conferences, sponsorships, seminars, client events, and profile-raising activities
• Manage legal directory submissions, market research, CRM reporting, and business development analytics to support practice growth
