Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior project/program manager to lead energy & power delivery initiatives, overseeing greenfield and brownfield transmission, substations, and data centers from concept through close-out. You’ll coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

The role offers in-office preference with hybrid options and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program; advanced management degree acceptable.
• 15+ years of project management experience in power delivery projects.
• Experience with greenfield/brownfield OH transmission, substations, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to close-out across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to meet client objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare reports, meetings notes, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
