Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or advanced management/business degree.
• 15+ years of project management experience leading power delivery projects from initiation to closeout.
• Experience delivering greenfield/brownfield high voltage transmission, substations, and related infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, and client relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction management, and permitting teams to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and update financial forecasts, schedules, and reports weekly or monthly.
• Lead project meetings, capture minutes, assign actions, and track progress.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks; manage change orders and budgets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear communications across stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites as needed and support business development opportunities.
