Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a driven Recruiter to source and connect top-energy and engineering professionals with industry-leading clients. You’ll partner with our Business Development team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment from outreach and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding, building a strong candidate pipeline and leveraging Bullhorn ATS to track activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for this role.
• Full cycle recruitment experience within Energy, Utilities, Power Generation and/or Engineering staffing.
• Organizational and communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production.
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques.
• A problem solver able to analyze and resolve issues at strategic and operational levels.
• High level of ambition, resilient and flexible in a midsize but high-growth business.
• ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through various channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to understand client needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand skill sets.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track interactions and maintain records.
