Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years in energy or related fields, with JD/MS or similar graduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of energy industry experience or relevant background.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Juris Doctor, Master of Science, or similar graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and organize permit requirements per local, state, and federal laws.
• Evaluate project risks and develop strategy to obtain primary development permits.
• Draft, review, and organize permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external technical support from development, legal, engineering, environmental, and construction teams.
• Manage schedules and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Interface with government agencies to communicate project objectives and benefits.
