Job summary

PEG LLC is seeking a Permit Analyst in Fairfax, VA with a hybrid work option after a 90‑day review. You will manage permit data, model energy tasks, and generate DPS reports while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple states.

Training will be provided to support growth in energy modeling and permitting processes. Candidates should have strong Excel/SharePoint skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Sustainability, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in data entry or data analysis in school or professional settings.
• Familiarity with permitting or energy modeling software is a PLUS. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete 15 permits daily meeting a 3 Day Turn Around Time.
• Assist with processing permits in at least 4 states.
• Assist with HERC Modeling and the Monthly DPS Report.
• Track DPS/Stamped Reports and update the Tracking Log.
• Communicate audit findings to Management and propose resolutions.
