Energy Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Performance Engineer to join our Public Sector East team in New England or New York. The role focuses on translating customer needs into concrete energy solutions, leading technical project development and supporting the delivery team.

This position requires significant travel about 25-50% with overnight stays. You will conduct site surveys, perform energy savings analyses, develop financial models, and present proposals to customers and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET accredited program or equivalent.
• 3–8 years' experience in a construction or energy service related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth site surveys to identify inefficiencies and provide technical solutions.
• Performs energy savings calculations, life cycle cost analysis, and feasibility analysis of recommendations.
• Creates financial models and presents proposals to customers and management.
• Coordinates with Account Executive and Project Manager to develop and present proposals.
• Ensures accurate estimates and on-time delivery of equipment.

Education
