Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead team meetings and guide Project Engineers and Coordinators with the Project Manager.
Coordinate with scheduling to populate CEI schedule data.
Identify cost impacts from RFIs, submittals and design changes; notify promptly.
Price change orders consistently for PM review and approval.
Manage project close-out documents and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate commissioning activities with 3rd parties; track open items.
Maintain partnerships with vendors and subcontractors; ensure timely material releases.
