You will coordinate between field teams, project teams, and customers, guiding Project Engineers and Coordinators in partnership with the Project Manager and field team. The role emphasizes learning, process improvement, and hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documents while maintaining strong vendor and subcontractor relationships on

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel.
• Experience supervising others and coordinating project activities.
• Knowledge of electrical construction and cost estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and guide Project Engineers and Coordinators with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with scheduling to populate CEI schedule and track milestones.
• Identify cost impacts from RFIs, submittals, and design changes and notify promptly.
• Prepare and price change orders for review and approval by the Project Manager.
• Manage project close-out documents and final deliverables.
• Coordinate commissioning with third parties and track open items.
• Maintain strong vendor/subcontractor relationships and ensure timely material releases.
