Job summary

PTS Advance in Tustin, CA is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to join our energy and infrastructure division. You will build client relationships, source top talent, and manage staffing for contract and permanent roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, negotiate compensation, and coordinate onboarding while driving growth through proactive recruitment strategies and strong candidate networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment or sales experience in Energy & Infrastructure and/or Engineering (Agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Detail Oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Market knowledge – industry and talent pool – preferable.
• Sense of Urgency, and ability to keep calm under pressure and solve customer problems.
• Strong communication skills, written & verbal, with evidence of managing negotiations and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
• Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis.
• Negotiate wage rate and compensation package. Coordinate start of on-boarding process upon acceptance of job offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and conduct requisition qualification calls. Determine proper recruitment priority based on variables associated and consult with client regarding any gaps within each opportunity.
• Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers to ensure we are capitalizing on staffing opportunities, maintaining expected service level quality, and executing relationship building strategies (client lunches, dinners, entertainment, etc.)
• Manage relationships with current and prospective contractors
• Identify opportunities to offer broad based solutions (Prime Vendor, RPO, Managed Service, Payrolling, Staff Augmentation Initiatives, Projects Staffing), and raise to leadership for discussion
