Job summary

Global Law Firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate to support its Energy & Infrastructure practice on high-value matters related to energy, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, and collaborating with leading lawyers and clients.

You will assist on real estate aspects of development, acquisitions, financings, and related processes, coordinating with title companies,

Qualifications

4+ years of real estate experience.
Experience advising on energy/renewable energy or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and work effectively across teams.
Current Texas Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, options, access agreements and other site-control documents.
Managing title, survey and broader real estate due diligence.
Identifying and resolving real estate issues impacting project development and financing.
Supporting acquisition, disposition, development, joint venture and financing transactions.
Working closely with clients, counterparties, title companies, surveyors, consultants and lawyers across practice areas.
