You will advise developers, sponsors, utilities, and other participants, with a focus on EPC, O&M, and related contracts, across energy sectors, with strong drafting and communication required.

Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of construction and infrastructure transactional experience.
• Experience with energy projects including renewables, conventional power, or oil & gas.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication abilities; active bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements.
• Advise on O&M, procurement, supply, and other construction-related contracts.
• Support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with a high-caliber team on domestic and cross-border transactions.
