Overview

• Focuses on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on project finance and energy transition matters, including renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Requires experience representing lenders, sponsors, and/or developers in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex financing arrangements, with a strong preference for familiarity with renewable energy projects and related tax credit structures.
• Prioritizes candidates with project finance experience, including exposure to construction and term financing, tax equity, and other structured finance arrangements in the energy and infrastructure sectors; syndicated or leveraged finance experience will also be considered.
• Requires experience managing transaction workflows, including real property, UCC, and security interest matters, and capability to supervise junior associates.
