Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of projects in energy infrastructure. You will deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and quality parameters while exceeding customer expectations.

Travel up to 80% to job sites and offices is expected. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical engineering design and/or project management and a related technical degree, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and proven leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership and ability to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining client relations.
Influences outcomes by safety, field and financial performance focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee full life cycle of projects from inception to closure.
Ensure safety, budget, schedule, and quality targets are met while exceeding client expectations.
Lead site planning, hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site walks.
Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements.
Coordinate QA/QC, change management, cost reviews, and billing.
Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with laws and project specifications.
Manage risk, track progress, and report to leadership.
