Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Project Manager for Energy and Infrastructure Projects in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role oversees a portfolio of projects from initiation to closeout, with focus on safe, compliant execution, financial performance, and strong client engagement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, interfaces with customers and subcontractors, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule while upholding Linxon’s standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects safely in regulated environments.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to on-time, on-budget results.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from mobilization to handover, ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
• Promote a Work Safe, Home Safe culture across all project phases.
• Direct and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve on-schedule execution.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Contribute project management expertise during bid and order-pursuit phases.
• Secure resources and apply formal project controls to manage budget, schedule, risks, and changes.
• Manage scope changes and commercial impacts to protect Linxon’s position.
• Ensure adherence to Linxon processes and milestones.
• Prepare and present accurate project performance and financial reports.
• Act as senior customer interface across all project stages.
